You may have caught it on Instagram, but Thessy and Elena share their Infamous Pizza Recipe!
In case you missed it, here’s the recipe:
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Spinach wraps
- Pizza sauce (make sure to check the ingredients and ensure there aren’t any hidden nasties)
- Eggplant (chopped into circles)
- Zucchini (chopped into circles)
- Shredded Chicken - 100G
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper for seasoning
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Spread 1-2TBSP pizza sauce over spinach wrap
Layer your vegetables and bocconcini
Place in pre-heated 200degree oven for 15-20mins or until crisp!
