Incredible results plus an ongoing lifestyle change
I signed up to the challenge because I knew I needed to change my eating habits because I felt so poor. I had low energy, joint pain, felt flat and avoided social events and more. Running after 2 kids and feeling so unlike myself was taking a toll and I genuinely didn’t think I was going to achieve what I did.
The app is really user friendly and brings you back to basics. Those moments at the cupboard when you’re hungry but time pressed and so you choose something full of carbs, with no protein and possibly quite high in fat - not to mention probably over-processed. The app taught me in those moments to widen my ‘go-to’ meals and not stick to what seems convenient but rather choose foods to nourish my body with whole foods to keep me fuller for longer! In total I lost 6.5kg - but mostly, my body fat dropped from 30.9% to 20.1% (I have always been someone to get body scans pre-children and post to keep me somewhat accountable).
I have been in a maintenance mode for the last 6 or so weeks. I’ll most likely do another challenge but I’ll start it in the New Year.
Even though my challenge is technically over, I still have a look at the app when I need to as I still have days where I can’t fathom what to eat and need a quick nudge in the right direction. I genuinely can’t rate this app and program more highly!
