28 Day Home Workout Guide

Loved this easy to follow program. I’ve been following it at home during lockdown and myself and my kids have been doing these workouts. Love that I can get moving and don’t need a lot of equipment, just in my lounge room.

Just started the program and so far so good. I struggle with the food side of things so these recipes are a big help and very creative yet still delicious. Feel better already doing the program.

I loved this challenge! I am so impressed with my results. Although challenging it was definitely worth it and I enjoyed working out everyday and fueling my body with the right foods. High recommend 😊
