So in our cookbook you’ll find 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners, and 9 snacks; including 7 vegetarian options - enough recipes to cover your entire week, paired with easy to follow cooking methods. All recipes can be also be altered to be vegetarian.
Soon enough, training will be the only part that remains hard. Sorry about that.
