Amazing Results from the Fitazfk Army
I came into the challenge thinking I would struggle with the changes to the food, but I’ve found myself (only 11 days in) succeeding. The meals keep me feeling satisfied and I’m not looking for a quick snack for a pick me up. The exercise is simple and straightforward but with a welcome challenge. I feel great and can’t wait to get into Phase 2 and see what greater changes I have to my mood and body.
(I’ve lost 2 kgs so far but I’m more impressed with how good I feel)
Have never been fitter and healthier in my life! I definitely have more tone to build and weight to lose, but I don't think I've ever seen my body as toned as it currently is. The guides are super easy to follow and after a few weeks of experience, it gets easier creating meals and knowing what to eat. Yes, I have slip ups, but it's so easy to come back to the plans and as I'm losing my weight at a healthy rate, I'm finding that I'm not putting weight back on after these slip ups. Would definitely recommend these guides
I chose to do the 8-week guide after I came back from my holidays. I needed something to put me back on track and I always work better when I have a specific goal or end date. I found the program really easy to follow. The workouts were intense but short- exactly how I like to train. I got some good results. I lost 3Kg on the scales but definitely think I replaced fat with muscle as I can see my triceps and some of my abs :) I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a solid program to get in shape fast!
It’s day 9 and I’m already down 2.5kg. Couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to see where I’ll be by the end of this challenge
I have tried so years to find a guide - especially food plans - that are realistic, easy to follow and that actually work. The 8 week guide is all of those things, it's the first time I have been able to stick at something and get awesome results. First I did the 28 day guide, now I'm onto my second week of the 8 week guide and have lost just under 6kgs! 100% recommend!!

Being a generally inactive person I was worried about not enjoying this challenge but I couldn’t have been more wrong. This challenge had workouts that were easy to follow and gave you goals and diet plans that were able to give you flexibility to choose your own meals!! I will be doing this challenge again after my overseas holiday (the reason I wanted to tone in the first place!)
This has been, by far, the best guide I have ever followed and I’ve attempted to follow a few! Not only I stuck through the ENTIRE challenge, I’ve dramatically reduce my intake of sugar and the results are amazing! My before and after photos inspired many friends! Cant wait for my wedding to show my results to my whole family!
Love love love the 8 week challenge bundle! The workout guide steps everything out so it is easy to follow, and the equipment means I have the flexibility of working out at home (or at the gym)! I see a major difference in my body and fitness level in just a few weeks - definitely recommend!
