I used to spend hours in the gym and putting myself under pressure which resulted in no results. Now I look forward to my meals and enjoy the 28mins of training with great results. My mind and body has really been transformed and I love it!
Absolutely loving it, i’m only 2 weeks in and i’m loving working out more and more each day. The exercises and cookbook are great! will 100% be recommending to friends!
