Starting phase 3 of the challenge this week and feeling amazing! I’ve tried so many different challenges from boot camps to different diets and I feel like this one fits perfect with me being able to work out in the space of my own home.
I am on day 10 of the 28 day challenge and I can feel my body beginning to make changes. I feel lighter and cleaner. the meals are so delicious. This is the best program ever!

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email (check your junk folder too!) and Facebook message if you opt for that. Just don’t forget that the postie needs weekends and holidays too! They don’t work over weekends or public holidays, and they might be a bit delayed around Christmas and New Year due to volume.

Our returns/refunds policy at FitazFK is that all products must be returned within 14 days of your purchase being delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Due to fees incurred by our payment gateways it is also standard to charge an $8 fee on returns/refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, some of our goods are non-refundable and are listed below under ‘Additional Non-Returnable Items’.
FitazFK does not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item(s), Your original order will be refunded to you and you are required to purchase it by placing a new order.
To be eligible for a return;
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- All original tags must remain attached
- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition
- Return must include the returns form
- Must not be damaged or altered in any way
- Products must not smell or marked of perfume, deodorant, make-up or tan.
Specific goods are non-refundable and are listed below under ‘Additional Non-Returnable Items’.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Downloadable software products (IP)
- Water bottles, shakers or coffee cups
- Underwear that does not have hygienic liner intact.
HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

To complete your return we require the receipt and returns form to accompany the package back to FitazFK. Please return your package to the following address that applies to you:
Australia & New Zealand Customers

Please see the outside of the package your items arrived in for return address to our shipping warehouse in the US.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to FitazFK and we will not issue a refund on goods that are not received or are lost in transit.
The cost of shipping the goods back to FitazFK will in no way be covered or refunded by FitazFK.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED:
- Hard copy books with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Where are bundle is purchased of Ebooks/Programs and Equipment together with the equipment the only product available to be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days approximately.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you purchased using our buy now pay later service with Afterpay, you are eligible to return any full priced item within 14 days of delivery.
Where a full refund of any amounts paid to date will be made. All remaining debits will also be cancelled.
Please note, Afterpay orders are subject to the same non-returnable conditions as mentioned under the respective categories.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, get in touch at our help centre.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
