The goal for the 8 Week Challenge is to strive for progress, not perfection! There are a few ways in which you can measure your progress throughout the challenge. So before we get into the exercising, there's a little bit of prep to do- knowing your initial starting point!
BEFORE & AFTERS
Before & afters are one of the most motivating ways to see those results that scales don't show you! As you progress through the challenge your body composition will change dramatically as you start to notice a loss in body fat percentage & increase in muscle tone. Since muscle ways more than fat, the scale's won't be so trustworthy.
When weighing in try not focus too much on the number the scale's show as it isn't always reliable when tracking your progress (especially when it's that time of the month girls!). Try not to weigh in on the scales around that time if you can help it. However, if you do don't be disheartened. If you're staying on track & sticking to your diet & training, chances are you're just retaining water weight & it will be gone before you know it!
