HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop WPI protein powder
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 cup water/plant based milk
- Measuring spoons
- Measuring cups
- Blender
HOW TO MAKE
1. Measure & add all the ingredients to the blender
2. Blend all until desired consistency is reached
3. Pour into a glass & enjoy!
