I'm about to take you step by step through one of the Booty Burn workouts from the program- warm up & all!
WARM UP + ACTIVATION
Warming up prior to exercising is a non negotiable! Take 5 minutes to run through this warm up & activate those glutes!
This workout is designed to get that booty burning (hello glute pump)!! Remember to keep those glutes engaged at all times & focus on mind muscle connection to really get those glutes burning!

Take 5 minutes at the end of the workout to cool your body down & kickstart the recovery process with a few static stretches!
1. Pigeon stretch (30 seconds each side)
2. Hamstring stretch (30 seconds each side)
3. Quad stretch (30 seconds each side)
4. Hip flexor stretch (30 seconds each side)
5. Lying figure four stretch (30 seconds each side)
