Finding Your 8 Week Challenge Why

You see the words 8 week challenge & ask yourself, "When do I start?". The answer to that is RIGHT FKING NOW!! There's no better time than the present to make a lifestyle change & up your fitness game! 

At first it might seem a little overwhelming & at times you might find yourself questioning why you even started, but.. we'll be holding your hand every step of the way! 

In those moments of doubt it's important to dig a little deeper & push through, to help you get there a little quicker we've got a trick or two up our sleeves:

1. START FRESH

It's easier said than done sticking to a strict diet & exercise regime. Chances are you're going to slip up & fall off track along the way. It's perfectly okay to indulge in a little too much wine, eat that chocolate or miss a day of training, so long as you reset & start fresh. No matter the reason it's inevitable that at some point in your fitness journey, you'll experience set backs. 

Don't give up! Instead give yourself a pep talk, lay out your gym gear next to your bed the night before & prepare a healthy breakfast in the fridge. If you're prepared, there's no room for excuses & you can't fall off track!

2. CONSTANTLY REVISIT YOUR WHY

In those moments where you feel discouraged it's easy to forget WHY you started. Which is why it's so important to give yourself daily reminders of why you started, where you want to be & how you're going to get there. Drive is everything when it comes to reaching those goals! 

Do yourself a favour & change your wallpaper on your phone to a motivational quote or inspo photo to help you remember your why, keep motivational sticky notes on the mirror, etc to keep you focused on your goal! 

 

3. TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME 

Always take it one day at a time & don't rush the process.. Rome wasn't built in a day! Focus on each day as it comes rather than looking ahead & freaking yourself out. The goal here isn't to overwhelm yourself, it's to take things slow & trust the process. Smash out your daily goals, be patient & consistent & you'll reach those goals in no time!
