The #FitazFKIsoChallenge is well underway and nearing the half way mark! Team so far you are killing it, keep pushing and smashing those goals!
As the challenge progresses some of you may be struggling to find the motivation to make those healthy lifestyle choices or push through a workout... that's where I come in.
Team here's my list of 10 FKING life changing tips to find your #FitazFKIsoChallenge motivation!
1. BUY THAT GYM FIT YOU'VE HAD YOUR EYE ON
Purchasing new cute activewear is always a winner when looking for that workout motivation! A fresh new matching set and looking for an excuse to strut around in it... let's go smash out that workout!
2. REMEMBER WHY YOU STARTED
Remember why it is you started the challenge. Looking back at your before pics and appreciating the small or big progress you've already made will have you wanting more results. You could even set this pic as your wallpaper on your phone to keep you motivated to achieve all your goals and get that bod you've been dreaming of!
3. LISTEN TO AN EPIC WORKOUT PLAYLIST
No way is it possible to smash a workout without an epic playlist! Good beats get those endorphins flowing. Lucky for you we've curated a playlist especially for the #FitazFKIsoChallenge. Check out the FitazFK Iso Challenge playlist here!
4. SET YOURSELF A GOAL EACH DAY
Setting yourself a small goal each day will keep you accountable and on track with your long term goals. Achieving a goal each day will boost yourself esteem and encourage you to keep making those positive choices for a healthier lifestyle.
5. FOCUS ON HOW GOOD IT MAKES YOU FEEL
Exercise makes you feel FKING amazing! Focus on that if nothing else to motivate you to train. This will instantly boost your mood, self esteem and confidence. Why would you not want to work out when those are some of the many benefits?
6. CHALLENGE YOURSELF
If you're not challenged by the work out chances are you'll be bored and not want to train. Push yourself to that next level! If you're doing that beginner rep range, push yourself to do the intermediate rep range. Not only will you feel like a beast you'll want to continue to push yourself and test your limits!
7. ORGANISE YOUR SPACE
Having a clean workout space with all your equipment set up and ready to go with have you excited to train. There's nothing worse than trying to train with a giant mess around you and not enough room to perform exercises.
8. TRAIN FIRST THING IN THE MORNING
Roll straight out of bed into a cute activewear set and smash out that workout first thing. This way you can't put it off and make excuses later in the day that you're too tired to train or you don't have the time for it!
9. REWARD YOURSELF FOR GETTING IT DONE
Bribe yourself! Chances are you'll be more inclined to smash a workout or eat that healthy meal if there's a reward on the other end. This could be a treat snack or meal in phase 2, anything that you please.
10. SHARE YOUR WINS WITH THE FITAZFKFAM
