We know summer ended like, erm, yesterday, but that doesn’t mean we can’t look forward to the colder months ahead. To us, colder weather equals tea (and loads of it). Herbal tea comes in a whole range of various flavours and tastes, and lucky for us it’s not only known for its relaxing properties, but it’s got a whole ton of health benefits for our bodies, too. So, whether you’re getting the sniffles, feeling stressed or just need some time out, the solution lies in the herbs of nature and a cup of hot tea. Here are 8 types of herbal teas and their bountiful healing properties.


Chamomile, just saying it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, no? Chamomile is one of the most popular infusions in the entire world.  Not only does this wonder herb help you relax naturally, as well as aiding a better night’s sleep - it’s actually proven to help relieve pains in the stomach and reduce swelling.
