1. Say yes to new opportunities
2021 is the year to say YES, YES, YES! Keep an open mind to new opportunities that come your way & don't let them pass you by. Humans are creatures of habit, so it's no secret we love turning down new experiences so we can stay safe in our comfort zones. The hard truth is no growth will ever be made by sticking to the confinements of comfort. Keep an open mind, get uncomfortable & say yes to those new opportunities that scare you - they could change your whole world for the better! 
2. Surround yourself with positive & supportive people
You are who you surround yourself with, so surround yourself with positive, supportive & wholesome people! We flourish when we're apart of supportive communities - our motivation, drive & fulfilment sky rockets. In order to be the best version of you, you need to associate with people who are also in the same lane striving to achieve great things. There's no time for negativity or in-genuine friendships this year! 
3. Set a vision & goals for the year ahead
Setting some goals & a vision of where you want to be by the end of the year is a must! When setting yourself goals take in to consideration the SMART goals approach. Each goal you set needs to be;
Specific - State exactly what it is you want to achieve
Measurable - Break your goal up in to steps to make it measurable
Achievable - Do you have the mindset & tools to achieve this goal?
Relevant  - Is this goal relevant to you & where you see yourself in the future?
Time based - Set yourself a date for when you want to achieve said goal by

4. Practise gratitude & appreciate the smaller things
It's all well & good to want more so long as you're already thankful for what you do have. If you're constantly striving for bigger & better things without showing gratitude for where you are now, you're never going to feel fulfilled. Set aside 5 minutes each day where you can reflect & take note of 5 things you're grateful for -  never underestimate the power of positive thinking!
5. Radiate confidence & invest in yourself
When you're feeling yourself, confidence radiates from you! Make yourself a number one priority & invest in being a BETTER YOU! Create healthy habits & stick to them, your health & fitness needs to be in the front of your mind daily. It doesn't have to be the all or nothing approach, just small steps. This could mean getting up & moving your body, eating at home rather than eating out, getting a facial, etc. Focus on that self love & you'll feel an instant boost of confidence!
